Fall 2025 Open House: Tuesday, October 28
UCLA AUD looks forward to meeting prospective students at our Fall 2025 Open House for Graduate Programs, scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 5:00 to 6:30 pm Pacific Time. Please register directly via Zoom. You can also email RSVP@aud.ucla.edu with your name and program(s) of interest.
This virtual session will cover the admissions and application process, and introduce UCLA AUD's innovative, leading-edge graduate programs.

About the application process: general information and checklists
Applications for the MArch, MSAUD, and MA/PhD programs are completed via the UCLA Application for Graduate Admission. For Fall 2026 matriculation, the application deadline is January 6, 2026.
Candidates are notified of admissions and financial decisions in March.
Admitted candidates who wish to accept the offer of Fall 2026 matriculation must submit their Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) by April 15, 2026.

MArch Professional Degree
A three-year, NAAB-accredited program that prepares students for professional practice and other career paths.

MS in Architecture and Urban Design (MSAUD)
A one-year post-professional degree that combines theory and practical applications in collaboration with industry partners.

Undergraduate Studies
A two-year major that begins in the junior year of residence. This program is not NAAB-accredited but provides a strong foundation for students who pursue graduate studies in architecture and other related fields.

MA & PhD in Architecture
Academic graduate degrees include the Master of Arts in Architecture (MA) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
