Presenting Rumble60 Alumni Exhibition:
"AUD People and Places: 60 Years of Design"
Coordinator: Georgina Huljich (MArch II ‘03)
Assistant Coordinator: Alejandro Loor
On view through July 2026, “AUD People and Places: 60 Years of Design” celebrates UCLA Architecture and Urban Design by bringing alumni and their work back into the spaces of Perloff Hall. The exhibtion is part of UCLA AUD's programming for Rumble60 (June 8 and 9, 2026), a special edition of UCLA AUD's year-end show honoring AUD's 60th anniversary.
Coordinated by AUD Professor Georgina Huljich (MArch II ’03), “AUD People and Places” fills the first-floor corridors of Perloff Hall with projects and ideas from hundreds of alumni across AUD’s six decades. The exhibition is clustered chronologically, offering a reflection on the continuity between education, practice, and disciplinary discourse, as well as a visual record of the department’s institutional life and global influence.
Individual submissions function as fragments of a larger collective, gesturing toward the range of ideas, approaches, and professional paths that have developed within UCLA AUD's global community.
Ultimately, “AUD People and Places” presents a shared history shaped by generations of students, faculty, and collaborators.
