Studio Midterm Review Fall 2016
Ozel Studio students presented their kinetic mock-ups with built-in sensory interfaces.
The formal systems the students are assigned to are:
Assemblage, Modulation, Aggregation
Elasticity, Plasticity, Shape-shifting
Folding, Pleating, Origami
The aim of the fall term studio is to research these formal systems and design a kinetic system to accompany these principles and actuate them with the help of sensors. The kinetic models were actuated with the KUKA Agilus robots for the midterm presentation.
