Kevin Meredith, Innovation Cell Network Lead at Boeing, joins us to celebrate and explore a century of pioneering innovation and to share a glimpse into the great possibilities of tomorrow. His talk will focus on how organic innovation is fostered at Boeing and is successfully implemented in a large company with a long history of innovation.
Kevin Meredith is responsible for the Boeing Innovation Cells – an organic innovation network of unique environments and driven employees focused on developing a more entrepreneurial culture to rapidly convert ideas into reality. With over ten years of service in a diverse set of program and functional positions, Kevin most recently transitioned out of chief of staff, strategy development and program management roles. He has degrees in industrial and systems engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is finishing a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University.
